Flores Renovations helped me with a large remodeling project on my parents' home: the scope was exterior brickwork, window, soffit/siding/gutter repair/replacement, an exterior stair and deck rebuild, and interior work including a full bathroom and kitchen remodel and some other more minor interior repairs. Zulieca and Oscar were great to work with, understanding my family's needs and budget, and managing the associated tradeoffs. They communicated clearly, took feedback when we had concerns about any work, and were able to complete the project just a couple of weeks after the initial plan (it is a 1920s house that required a lot of maintenance, so I expected surprises to crop up; the delays were not shocking). I would work with them again and recommend them to others, especially in cases where you have a tighter budget and know you will need to make some tradeoffs and want a knowledgable partner to help you think through them.Read More

Our 3 Step Process
- Our initial consultations consist of listening to your dreams and goals. We will discuss budget, potential lay out, design, and also document necessary measurements essential for our proposal. We will inspect what's on site and leave with an understanding of your end goal.
- We send the proposal and once you approve the proposal, we will then discuss project timeline, ensure all contracts are in order for both your protection and ours. Set a start date, order material, begin scheduling and get to the fun part!
- Communication is huge for us. We have had the privilege to work with investors who are mostly out of state and put their full trust on us to ensure all goes smoothly. We give weekly updates with photos and or videos or progress.
We are big on communication and are completely open to hear from you any time you feel the need to communicate something to us. Building relationships with our clients is a priority. We understand how essential it is to be open and transparent in every stage of the construction.

Flores and their crews were attentive, always on time, and did great quality work for me.. Every question or concern I had was promptly addressed. They made my bathroom renovation easy and kept my house squeaky clean. They truly care about the customer’s experience. And, on top of all that, the owners are genuinely kind, honest people while still being smart professionals. I would be happy to use them again.Read More
